we were offered a great modern room in its current condition, everything was nice. exceptionally friendly staff, offered us wake up service and ironing.

The staff were attentive, beautiful location to Ellenbrook shopping centre. Besides, it was very close to three different areas by staff and a restaurant and chocolate factory.

Our room was brand-new and neat, included with shower, bedrooms and good view facing the tennis court. The pool area was clean and the location was easy, not far from the Swan Valley, and nature.

Location close enough to three different areas, breweries, and everything, spacious and clean. A wide array of high quality options for meal.

Location so close to The Vines and all the attractions the popular Swan Valley has to offer. Gorgeous and incredible breakfast with alternative meals, a fresher and also brewed coffee and favourable location.

The location is particularly good and stunning, as the hotel is based by a nice golf course. The room is newly renovated and beautifully maintained, the stuff are amiable people at the reception desk.

During my recent stay at Novotel, I had an incredible experience. The spacious and comfortable suite provided me with a breathtaking view of the tennis court. I was pleasantly surprised by the abundance of wildlife, including ducks, blue tongue lizards, and kangaroos, that came right up to the apartment. The layout of the apartment was perfect and I appreciated the provided tea and coffee as well as the convenient laundry facilities. Despite a few minor cleanliness issues, I could not deny the beauty of the surroundings and the excellent amenities offered. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We loved that you dont have to leave the hotel as it has plenty to keep you busy, from the golf course to the gym, spa and pool. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar in the evening and lovely reasonably priced food in the cafe. There is a shuttle bus to take you to wineries and restaurants in the valley if you feel the need to leave the resort.,

Rooms were a little noisy late at night and early in the morning from people walking along the corridors and there was quite a bit of noise coming from the outdoor spa area.

It was a great location to stay after my friends wedding, I only stayed one night but would definately visit again for some form of indulgence!! Breakfast was great and room service were very friendly!

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Swan Valley. The location was perfect, as it was close to all the wineries in the region. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with wonderful huge showers. I also enjoyed the breakfast included in my stay, which had a variety of options to choose from.

Some minor improvements could be made to enhance the overall experience. The pool gates can be a bit annoying to open and should be made more user-friendly.

Near to Sandalford for concert.

Front desk staff didn't seem to know much about the coach service to Sandalford, after the manager got us to call the company, a rep walked over from the lobby where she was waiting. Manager should have directed us to her in first place.

The location in the Swan valley

Check in was an nightmare, I was entered by my first name instead of my sir name. Which took an addional 15 Min to get this sorted out.

This hotel is located in a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. It is near to a number of popular wineries and restaurants, and has various attractions nearby. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, and the staff provide excellent service. The buffet breakfast is delicious, with various options to choose from, and the pool and spa facilities are well-maintained.

The hotel could improve on the cleanliness of the surrounding area, as some guests reported rubbish not being picked up promptly.

Spiders,flies, masqutos buggs in my room! Manger came with a spray to kill. Them rather to change my room! Unacceptable experience!
